Stargazing Creativities is operated by Cristian McGee. This policy covers our website, project planning, customer accounts and communications. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to share: your name and email address, account details, chat messages, project answers, briefs, and messages or files you send us. Our account provider handles authentication; we do not store copies of your password in our application records.
We also record planning progress, model usage, email delivery events and technical information needed to run the service. This includes a hashed IP address and a signed visitor identifier for abuse prevention. Our hosting and network providers process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
When paid services become available, order and transaction records will support fulfillment, receipts and refunds. Card details will be handled by the payment provider, rather than stored in our application.
How we use information
We use information to save and continue your plan, manage your account, respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver agreed work, send service emails, and investigate errors or misuse. We also use records where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these uses rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or your consent for optional communications.
AI planning and service providers
Our planning chat uses AI. Relevant messages and project answers are sent to Together AI to generate replies. The conversation is processed on hosted systems; it does not stay solely on your device. AI can make mistakes, and a person reviews scope before project work is agreed. Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information or confidential material you are not authorized to share.
We use Supabase for accounts and stored plans, Together AI for model requests, Resend for service emails, Zoho for business email, and DigitalOcean and Cloudflare for hosting and website delivery. These providers process information needed for their services and may process it outside your country. Their own privacy terms also apply to their handling of data; see Together AI’s privacy policy for its practices.
We do not sell your personal information or share your plans for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect customers, investigate abuse or enforce our agreements.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support account sessions, anonymous planning and security. Browser storage remembers your plan identifier so you can return to it. These features serve the website rather than advertising. You can clear cookies and browser storage in your browser settings, although doing so may sign you out or remove access to an anonymous plan.
Email and your choices
Sharing your email does not subscribe you to marketing. Verification messages, return links and other service emails support actions you request. The optional plan follow-up choice allows Cris to contact you about your plan and send one reminder. You can leave that choice unchecked or email us to withdraw permission.
Retention and security
Saved plans currently have no automatic expiry and remain available so you can return to them. You can request deletion by email. We retain account and business records as needed to provide services, address disputes, meet legal requirements and maintain security. Some necessary records and backup copies may remain after deletion from active systems.
Access to private information is restricted to the relevant account or authorized browser and authorized administrators. We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect it, but no internet service can guarantee complete security.
Access, correction and deletion
Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
We may ask for information to verify ownership before sharing or changing private records. We will explain any legal or operational reason that prevents us from completing a request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children’s information
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date when our practices change, and provide additional notice or seek consent where required. Please also review our Terms of Service.
