About these terms
These terms cover the website and planning services provided by Stargazing Creativities, operated by Cristian McGee. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a business, you must have authority to act on its behalf. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to enter into a project agreement.

Free planning and AI assistance
Free planning does not place an order, charge you or commit either party to a project. The chat uses AI to help organize your ideas. Its replies can be incomplete or incorrect; plans, estimates and suggestions require human review before they become agreed project scope.
Do not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice. Review generated material before using it, and share only information you are authorized to provide.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account and contact information, protect your login credentials, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit harmful code, attempt to access another customer’s information, bypass security or usage limits, or disrupt the website.
We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. You can stop using the website at any time and contact us about account closure.
Project scope, prices and delivery
Our kit pages describe available types of work, displayed prices and delivery expectations. Online checkout is not open yet. Before accepting payment, we will confirm the selected service, deliverables, total price, delivery commitment, revision arrangements and any ongoing or third-party costs.
Only the scope agreed for your project is included. If requirements change, we will agree any effect on price or timing with you before proceeding. AI chat estimates do not replace the delivery promise or written agreement for an accepted order.
Website demonstrations illustrate possible products and features. They do not add deliverables to your project or guarantee a particular commercial result.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Payment, cancellation and refund conditions will be presented before you purchase and recorded with your project agreement. These website terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” policy or waive any rights you have under consumer law.
For a billing issue, cancellation request or concern about delivered work, email [email protected] with the relevant project or order reference. We will review it against the agreed scope, the terms provided at purchase and applicable law. Please do not email full payment card details.
Your materials and project rights
You retain your rights in the content, files and other materials you provide. You give us permission to process and use them as needed to plan and carry out your requested work, including through the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions to share those materials.
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, source files, reusable components and third-party assets will be specified in your project agreement before purchase. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms. We will seek your permission before using private project materials or identifying you as a customer in our portfolio.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website useful and available, but free planning may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. We cannot guarantee that AI output will be accurate or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commitments for paid work are set out in the project agreement; these free-planning limitations do not remove those commitments.
Changes and resolving concerns
Updated terms will appear here with a revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted project agreement without your agreement.
If something is wrong, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or limit any consumer protections that apply to you.
